Ali Abunimah (via Marfa Public Radio) live on the worldwide radio broadcast of BBC World Service, February 19, 2013.

On Tuesday (February 19), Ali Abunimah, a journalist currently on a Lannan Foundation residency in Marfa, was interviewed by BBC Radio. On the website Electronic Intifada, Abunimah uncovered a photo purportedly of an Israeli soldier setting his gun sights on a Palestinian boy. The photo went viral.

BBC Radio contacted Marfa Public Radio to set up a studio-to-studio live interview with Abunimah for BBC World Service. The radio program is heard worldwide. On the segment, Abunimah discussed cases in which Israeli soldiers were not prosecuted for alleged abuses on Palestinian lands.

Abunimah was previously featured on Talk At Ten on KRTS, in which he examined the Israeli-Palestinian divide in historical context. He is the author of One Country: A Bold Proposal to End the Palestinian-Israeli Impasse.
