The Texas Water Development Board shows reservoir levels at just over 66%, and if the current drought continues the way it has, cattle ranchers will be facing a summer similar to the one two years ago, when Texas ranchers lost $3 billion.

Reporter Lorne Matalon spoke with Texas State Climatologist Dr. John Neilsen-Gammon about the drought, which Neilsen-Gammon says is not going to end anytime soon.
