Sue Aikens is the sole resident of the Kavik River Camp in Alaska, located 197 miles north of the Arctic Circle. The Chicago-native talks about her experience living without sun in the winter, being 350 miles from the closest store, and having grizzly bears and wild foxes as her neighbors.
