10 AM, Tinsel Tales: NPR Christmas Favorites - This program features stories from the NPR archives that touch on the meaning of Christmas. David Sedaris, Bailey White, John Henry Faulk -- these and other NPR voices, past and present, tell stories of the season.

7 PM to midnight, The Glenn Mitchell Christmas Show - During his celebrated 30 year career at KERA in Dallas, the late Glenn Mitchell was known for his annual "Christmas Blockbuster" program, a marathon of Christmas music, trivia, spoken word, and quizzes.
