Artwalk 2011was held on November 18-19 and was a big success. KRTS was in Alpine, broadcasting live from the Holland Hotel and from the roof of the Kiowa Gallery, where KRTS announced a play-by-play of the Art Car Parade. Thanks to announcer Charlie Angell, who described almost every detail and doodad on the colorful cars.

KRTS broadcast many radio interviews with Artwalk organizers and participants, including featured artist Crystal Allbright, Artwalk founders John Davis & Keri Artzt, Saturday night music headliner Ray Wylie Hubbard, Friday night music headliner Augie Meyers, and art car artists Dave & Irene Major and Sam & Nancy Jones.
