What happens in Mexico, particularly along the border resonates in West Texas. On Sunday, Oct 13, 2013 Mexico-based reporter Althaus, longtime Mexico bureau chief of the Houston Chronicle joined Human Rights Watch immigration analyst Ricardo Sandoval and KRTS and Fronteras Desk reporter Lorne Matalon to discuss the Mexican drug war and Mexico's fledgling steps to reform its oil and education unions, both of which are inefficient and allegedly corrupt.
