County Attorney: Teresa Todd (Democrat) defeats Bart Medley (Republican).
School Board District 2: Steve Merrill defeats Buster Mills. School Board District 3 Dedie Taylor defeats Oscar Medley. School Board District At Large Position Evan Prude over Raul Melendez.
At the top of the ticket, Jeff Davis County pulled for Mitt Romney (717) over Barack Obama (440) in the presidential race, for Ted Cruz (657) over Paul Sadler (417) in the U.S. Senate, for challenger Pete Gallego (646) over Quico Canseco (499) for U.S. Congress. In regional races, challenger Dan Chavez (585) over Jose Rodriguez (467) for State Senator District 29, and Thomas Kincaid (662) over Poncho Nevarez (437) for State Representative, District 74. And Roy Ferguson (884) lead over Anthony Foster (275) in the race for 394th District Judge.
