Restaurateur Louis Lambert talks about his colorful new cookbook, Big Ranch, Big City, Tuesday on the KRTS morning interview program, Talk @ 10.

Chef Lambert, who grew up on a ranch in Jeff Davis County and in the Permian Basin, writes about cuisines served at our local ranches and cafes. In the book, he combines them with recipes served at his restaurants in Austin and Fort Worth.
