On the evening of Tuesday, May 5, a jury in Sierra Blanca found defendant Tony Flint not guilty on all counts in the 2014 death of Glenn Felts, who operated La Kiva in Terlingua. Earlier in the day, Flint took the stand to testify on his own behalf.

Drew Stuart, Editor of the Hudspeth County Herald and Dell City Review has been covering the trial. We spoke to him Wednesday morning for an update.

You can find our earlier coverage of the trial, the initial investigation, and community reaction on the day of Felt's death in February 2014.
